Houston, TX — February 11, 2026 — ICS Holding, a leading PE-owned electrical contractor roll up, announced the successful expansion of its OpenBuild partnership with Runding Corp with the deployment of the Smart Agreements module, streamlining how contracts, master service agreements (MSAs), and rate structures are created, governed, and operationalized across its portfolio of operating companies.

Building on the foundation established during its initial OpenBuild rollout, ICS implemented the Smart Agreements module to address a growing operational challenge: managing hundreds of agreements, amendments, and rate tables across multiple geographies and business units without adding administrative overhead or risk.

The Smart Agreements module centralizes MSAs, contracts, amendments, and rate tables into a single system of record, replacing manual, fragmented workflows with automated contract creation, approval, renewal, and notification processes. Integrated directly into the OpenBuild CRM and bid management workflows, contract terms and rate data are now surfaced in real time, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance at the point of execution.
